Tommy Rita is looking forward to the football game at Hanapepe Stadium, tonight!
He was shopping at the Kauai Culinary Market (his favorite is the non-alcoholic ginger drink at Living Foods) and came to check out the Chef’s Demo by Mark Arriola of Merriman’s Fish House who created a paella with a bunch of Kauai Grown products.
Kudos to Patrice Pendarvis who said she was recipient of one of the awards from the Kauai Society of Artists art show that opened with a reception last Friday.
Ferdinand Dosono of Kauai Kim Chee was running low on supply so told his sons they didn’t have to come help him. He got wiped out even before the 6 p.m. closing, and when Jennifer Ortal calls on Sunday, it’s going to be for a party for getting to Sunday (Elvrine Chow said if we make it to Sunday, it’s going to be a reason to party).
