Justin Larry Ikaika Duque of Hanama‘ulu died Jan. 2, 2011, at age 27. Born in Lihu‘e on Oct. 20, 1983, he was a landscaper.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kaimana Larry Dias-Duque; paternal grandmother, Mary Rose Duque; maternal grandfather, Lono K.M. Fu; nephew, Preston L. Duque.
He is survived by his parents, Larry Duque (Sharon Taboniar) of Hanama‘ulu, Lona Fu Duque (Harry “Blue” Brown) of California; brother, Preston Duque (Jessi Roberts) of Hanama‘ulu; sisters, Larae (Chris) Hughes of Missouri, Jasmine (Kaholo) Duque-Troy of the Big Island; maternal grandmother, Frances Fu of Anahola; hanai mom, Barbara Wilhauck; four nieces; four nephews; numerous aunties, uncles, cousins and special friends.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 29, at Aloha Church with visitation at 8 a.m. and services beginning at 10 a.m. A scattering of his ashes will be held at a later date.
Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the Duque family with arrangements.
Harrison Williams
Harrison M. Williams of Mountain Home, Ark., formerly from Woodbury, Minn., died Jan. 13, 2011, at age 86. He was a pharmacist on Kaua‘i.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and wife Alyce.
He is survived by daughters Janet and Claire and son David.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks.
Memorial Services will be at a later date.

Charlene McKeague
Charlene ‘Mickie’ Mikahala McKeague of Hanama‘ulu died Jan. 10, 2011, at her residence at age 63. Born on April 17, 1947, on Oahu, she was a cook and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by sister Florence Manuel.
She is survived by husband Stanley McKeague Sr.; son Stanley McKeague Jr.; stepdaughter Lulu Ormond; sisters Mary Grace Coronel, Sherlene Kamaka, Sharon (Michael) Hinton, Helen (Monte) McComber, Emily (Greg) Torres, Alice (Dorotedo) Vasquez, Florence Hoopili, Nadine (Gary) Kawamura, Meling Hoopili; brothers John Hoopili Jr., Joseph (the late Fredlynn) Hoopili, Antone Hoopili, Rhinhart (Charon) Hoopili, Gustave (Yvonne) Hoopili, Jonah (BillieJo) Hoopili; hanai children Trish Arizo, Leann Tubal, Jeremy Ledward; 11 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be on Saturday, Feb. 12, at Kapa‘a First Hawaiian Church with service starting at 10:30 a.m.
Family requests casual attire and no flowers.

Rosita Santiago
Rosita “Rosing” V. Santiago of Kekaha died Jan. 14, 2011, at age 90. Born in Piddig, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she was a dedicated homemaker, a volunteer at St. Theresa’s Church, recognized by Catholic Charities of Hawai‘i as a Kaua‘i Island treasure, and loved cooking and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fernando Santiago, and son, Kenneth Santiago.
She is survived by her children, Sylvia Divine of Mariposa, Calif., Richard (Betty) Santiago of Kekaha, Ernesto (Arlene) Santiago of Torrance, Calif., Cecilia (Tom) Bean of Casa Grande, AZ; sisters, Juanita Umipeg of Fairfield, Calif., Eleanora Manaday of Lihu‘e, Camela Sasan of Lihu‘e; brother, Sunday (Pacita) Sabala of Mililani; 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Private services were held.
Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens & Funeral assisted the Santiago family with arrangements.
