Game 2: Kaua‘i 9, Kapa‘a 4

Rice-Kashima had a sacrifice RBI to score Jon Gebauer to put the Raiders up 3-0 in the fourth inning. Then Taran Tani hit down the right side base line for a single. Two hitters later, Kalen Wakumoto hit an RBI double as the Raiders advanced the score to 5-0.
Kapa‘a’s Braden Kamibayashi got on base on an error then scored off a hit from Travis Shigeta.
Kapa‘a was plagued by errors at the top of the seventh, committing four and allowing Kaua‘i to score three more runs off of two hits.
But Kapa‘a was close to making a comeback at the bottom of the inning with a hit from B.J. Aiwohi and another from Kamibayashi.
Abalos was walked to load the bases, but a pop fly from Shigeta was caught to end the game.
