Goosen (219.83) leads the alternate list over Singh (211.16) by about eight points.
In addition, after two rounds of play at the PGA Championship, Singh leads Goosen by one shot.
Meanwhile, last year’s Grand Slam of Golf winner, Phil Mickelson is primed to defend his title, with a commanding three shot lead after two rounds of the PGA Championship.
The 2005 PGA Grand Slam of Golf, which brings together winners of the year’s four major championships, will be played November 22-23 at the Po‘ipu Bay Golf Course and Grand Hyatt Kaua‘i Resort and Spa.
TNT will broadcast The PGA Grand Slam of Golf, Tuesday, November 22, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. HST, and Wednesday, November 23, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. HST.
Woods will be joined by U.S. Open Champion Michael Campbell in the 23rd PGA Grand Slam of Golf.
