In a release from the governor’s campaign office, press secretary Jennifer Rulon said Lingle will open campaign headquarters on the eastern portion of the Big Island soon, as well as Kaua‘i, Maui and Moloka‘i.
Lingle’s West Hawai‘i field director Maureen Bond said volunteers were excited to see the governor’s campaign officially kick off.

“Our volunteers are focused on getting into the communities, actively spreading the governor’s message of moving Hawai‘i forward, and giving West Hawai‘i residents a strong voice in the upcoming elections.”
