The Mokihana Club invites graduating high school senior music students to apply for their 38th annual music scholarship competition. The Mokihana Club, a women’s non-profit philanthropic organ-ization, raises funds for their music scholarships each year with a Christmas Gala luncheon and individual donations. The purpose of the competition is to encourage talented, graduating Kaua‘i students to continue their studies at institutions of higher learning.

As of 2006, over $85,700 has been given in music and performing-arts scholarships in the Mokihana Club’s long history.
