Roman Hubbell
Roman Dana Hubbell of Kapa‘a died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on March 15, 2012, at the age of 59. He was born in San Bernardino, Calif., on Nov. 29, 1952, and was self-employed as a master potter.
He is survived by two sons, Jonathon Hubbell and Jeremy Hubbell.
A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, April 15, at Kealia Beach (pavilion close to river) from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Casual attire suggested.
In lieu of flowers, please bring your favorite dish and refreshments. Please share this celebration of life with others who may want to attend.

Harold Denji Sato
Harold Denji Sato of Mililani, a retired ironworker, passed away March 22, 2012, at Kuakini Medical Center at the age of 70. He was born in Lihu‘e, Kaua‘i.
He is survived by wife, Charmian of Mililani; sons, Keith of Kalihi and Kyle of Mililani; grandson, Mikah of Mililani; sisters, Katherine McNelly of Lihu‘e and Karen (James) Tamaye of Honolulu.
Private service held.
Hosoi Garden Mortuary Inc. assisted the Sato family with arrangements.
Platon Fermin
Platon Medina Fermin of Kalaheo, Kaua‘i died on April 3, 2012 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 100. He was born on March 8, 1912, in Ilocos Norte Philippines. He was a retired seed cutter with McBryde Sugar Co.
He is preceded in death by wife Lourdes M. Fermin, daughter Elisa Fermin, and grandson Platin Fermin
He is survived by two sons, Vicente (Corine) Fermin of Kalaheo and Wilbert (Fe) Fermin of Waianae; and a grandson, Wil Fermin of Waianae.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 14, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kalaheo. Visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Mass to begin at 10:30 a.m.
Burial to follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery.
The family suggests casual attire.
