No, there were no Leap Year babies at Wilcox Memorial Hospital, but the Future Farmers of America state convention (Daniel Hamada said these delegates are too young to know about corduroy even if they were looking smart in those blue jackets) was in full swing with their Career Development path that followed a day of working on the farms at both Kaua‘i High School (do you realize that’s the only FFA chapter we have on Kaua‘i?) and Kapa‘a High School, where the delegates from Mililani High School were admiring the aquaponics set up.
