The National Tropical Botanical Garden and Kauai Community Colleges collaborative Earth Matters public lecture series continues at 5:30 tonight at Kauai Community College as Dr. Uma Nagendra, conservation operations manager and ecologist at Limahuli Garden and Preserve, discusses how the April 2018 rain bomb and flooding impacted the people, land, and waterways of Limahuli Valley.
