LIHUE — Central Pacific Financial Corp. reported net income for the third quarter of 2016 of $11.5 million, or 37 cents per diluted share, compared to net income in the third quarter of 2015 of $12.2 million, or 38 cents per diluted share, and net income in the second quarter of 2016 of $12.1 million, or 39 cents per diluted share. On October 26, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 16 cents per share on the company’s outstanding common shares. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 30.
