LIHUE — Wilcox Memorial Hospital presents Kids Summer Fest, a free health education event for kids and families, today, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Kauai Marriott Resort in Lihue.
Kids Summer Fest promotes healthy, active lifestyles and childhood injury prevention. It offers free sports physicals for children ages 5 to 18, free healthy snacks and the chance for children to win a bike and helmet. There will be interactive health and wellness workshops such as an ostacle course, ocean safety, zumba, and a chance to spin the wheel of fitness.
Registration begins onsite at 9 a.m.
