Can the speed limit on Malu Road be reduced? What is the process to do so?
Speed limits are determined by the Engineering Division, based on our County Traffic Code, Sec. 16-5.1, which sets a speed limit of 25 miles per hour in a residential district. Any modification of the posted speed limit would require approval of the County Council.
