KAPA‘A — Sybil Nishioka, coordinator of the Fun in Fellowship Dodgeball Tournament, said teams interested in registering for the two-day tournament can still do so.
The 7th annual FIF Tournament will start on July 27 at the All Saints Gym in Kapa‘a with keiki matches starting at 3 p.m. followed by the youth division at 4 p.m. and the masters division at 5:30 p.m.
Finals for all three divisions start July 28 from 8:30 a.m.
The tournament is hosted by the All Saints’ Episcopal Church. Registration forms are located in the white box at the gym entrance near the Hale Lani store.
The tournament is open to all ages, individuals or teams. There will be fun, food and fellowship, plus prizes for participating.
The public is invited to view the competition during the July 27 and 28 tournament.
Practices for the tournament started July 10 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Teams and individuals coming into the tournament can take one of the open practice dates scheduled for July 19, 20, 24 and 26.
Keiki 8 and younger take the floor from 3 p.m. followed by keiki 10 and under at 3:30 p.m.
Youth 13 and younger are on the floor at 4 p.m. followed by youth 17 and younger at 5 p.m.
The July 20 practice will have youth 13 and younger starting at 4 p.m. followed by youth 17 and younger at 5 p.m. and the masters from 6 to 8 p.m.
