Hawai‘i Alpha Delta Kappa awards $500 scholarship to Whitney Rowe, daughter of Bob and Crystal Rowe of Kapa‘a. Scholarship chairman Cherylyn Inouye presented. Rowe plans to attend Western Washington University and return to Kaua‘i to be the first Design teacher
