National Weather Service forecasts call for 2- to 4-foot surf on east-facing shores through Wednesday with a possible increase due to storm activity east of the Islands. At 5 p.m., Tuesday, Tropical Storm Enrique was 780 miles southwest of the southern tip of Baja California and the recently upgraded Hurricane Felicia was 1,315 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California.
