A Kaua‘i Police Activities League Cub quarterback eludes a pair of defenders during that division’s games Saturday at the North Vidinha fields. Under the K-PAL flag football guidelines, only Cub players are allowed to run or pass. All other age divisions are pass-only plays. The developmental program continues each Saturday through July 25 with a food booth that benefits the K-PAL boxing program.
