The Na Hoku ‘O Kaua‘i is holding it’s sixth annual pageant at noon tomorrow at the Kaua‘i Performing Arts Center. The pageant is designed to instill confidence and character in girls ages one to 17 years old and boys one to eight years old. The contestants will be competing in the following categories: Hawaiian wear, swim wear, talent and formal wear.
Contestants competing in the 2008 pageant are: Tiny Mr: Zyrus Salvacion; Baby Miss: Tiana Abalos; Tiny Miss: Daelynn Keale, Daysha Rice, Jaedyn Keawe, Kestl‘e-Lynn Kaya and Shelbri-Ann Cosier; Little Miss: Kaylee Overmyer; Young Miss: McKenna Pascua; Petite Miss: Brandi Hiranaka and Kiana Tanaka; Teen Miss: Abigail Iloreta and Dominique Pascua.
