Kristyn Vasconcelles was named the All-Around Cowgirl at the latest Kaua‘i All Girl Rodeo Association event held Sunday at the Kealia Arena.
Alannah Morris was named the Reserve All-Around for the rodeo.
Vasconcelles, the current reigning Hawai‘i Rodeo queen, finished with solid second places in the 1st D Barrels on a 19.202 go, 1st D Pole Bending on a 23.329 go, a fourth finish in the Steer Undecorating event with a 13.269 average on two go’s and teamed with Rhonda Kaui for a second finish in the Dally Team Roping event with a 14.017 go.
Morris topped the 2nd D of Pole Bending with a 26.014 go, finished third in the Steer Undecorating with a 10.086 average on two go’s, and rounded out her achievements with a fifth finish in the Breakaway Roping on an 11.334 go.
Britni Braun topped the 1st D of Barrels on a 19.51, Janine Hashitate topped the 2nd D with a 20.795 go, with Michelle Ientile topping the 3rd D on a 22.178 go.
Wendy Tannery topped the 1st D of Pole Bending on a 22.218 go and Tara Fernandez topped the 3rd D on a 26.320 go.
Corinna Vasconcelles topped the Steer Undecorating event at a 6.222 average on two go’s followed by Coralyn Murayama finishing with a 6.386/2 average.
Taylor Ludington and Shan-tell Wong topped the Dally Team Roping event with a 9.461 go and Jessica Morris topped the Breakaway Roping event with an 8.839 go.
