Ten teams of four representing Kaua‘i and Atlanta teed off yesterday and will continue the two-day competition as a 36-hole Ryder Cup format.
This tournament was started by lifelong friends and counterparts, former Atlanta Junior Golf Executive Director Merilee Giddings and President Kaua‘i Junior Golf Association and Hawai‘i State Junior Golf Association Mary Bea Porter King.
