AYSO Region 941 registration

Early registration will be held on the following dates for players 4 1/2 to 18 years of age residing in the areas from Wailua to Ha’ena. First time players are to provide the region with a copy of their birth certificate upon registration. The fee is $50.

You can also register online at www.eayso.com.

Those registering online are to bring three signed copies of their registration forms to the registration site of their choice along with cash or check made payable to: AYSO Region 941.

April 7: Kapa’a Middle School, 5-7 p.m. and Kilauea N.C., 5-7 p.m. May 12: St. Catherine School Carnival, 5-11 p.m.

May 13: St. Catherine School Carnival, 2-11 p.m.

May 19: Kapa’a Middle School Cafeteria, 5-7 p.m. and Kilauea N.C., 5-7 p.m.


Manoa swim qualifier this weekend

Mokihana Aquatics will be hosting Swim Kaua’i Aquatics and a Las Vegas team in the Manoa swim qualifier this Saturday and Sunday (8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.); 73 swimmers are participating in the event.

Also, free tryouts for Mokihana Aquatics are going on now and run through the end of the month in Lihu’e (Kaua’i High School’s pool) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In Kapa’a, the group will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. For more info., contact Orlando Anaya at 821-0587.
