With personal attention before and during their stay, the coordinator’s job is to make sure everything goes smoothly.

The coordinator service and new 2004/2005 romance packages are available at Poipu Kapili exclusively through Poipu Ocean View Resorts, Inc., the rental agent for the property. Once the honeymoon reservation is booked, the resort’s honeymoon coordinator will contact the couple by phone or email, then arrange for any special conveniences or romantic special requests they might want. Perhaps they’d like their condo stocked with favorite snacks or groceries upon arrival? Maybe fresh flower lei in their refrigerator or a bouquet of tropical flowers on the dining room table? A private catered dinner on their lanai one moonlit evening? A relaxing couples massage in the privacy of their condo? A sunset cruise or surfing lessons for two?
When the couple arrive at Poipu Kapili, the honeymoon coordinator will continue to serve as their “personal concierge, helping with car rentals, dining, activities and other special needs.
