Eugene “Geno” Beltrame
Eugene “Geno” Beltrame died July 24, 2004, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 74, after recently being diagnosed with cancer.
Born Feb. 12, 1930, in Allentown, Pa., he was trained as a medical technician in the U.S. Army, served as a medical equipment technician for area hospitals in Lehigh Valley, PA;, before moving to Hawai‘i where he was a representative for medical equipment.
He was also manager of the Rose and Crowns Pub in Honolulu and became involved with elderly affairs programs after moving to Kaua‘i.
He was the current manager of the Lihu‘e Theatre Senior Apartments.
Private services for the family will be held at a later date.
Remembrances may be made to Kauai Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
