Dodd Apao, finishing with an RBI on a single, pushed the winning run across as Hana Hou nudged the Braddahs 6-1 at the county’s 35 softball action played Tuesday night at the Isenberg Field.
Al Aranio led the Hana Hou bats with three runs driven across the plate on a homerun and a single while Don Ouderkirk added to the production with an RBI on two singles.
Jon Takamura finished with a pair of singles in the win.
DD Ibia led the Braddahs’ bats with a pair of singles while two more Braddahs had at least a hit each.
Ibia suffered the loss on the hill with a dozen hits allowed on a walk while Sauliu Wong picked up the win, limiting the Braddahs to just four hits.
Rod Ochoa finished with a pair of RBI on a double and two singles, picking up the honor of driving home the winning run as Pahio slipped past Mike Soong 5-2.
Jay Kahaunaele and Randy Riggan each notched a pair of one-baggers in the win while on the other side of the ball, Steven Carvalho and Sam Vangiessen each finished with a pair of singles to lead Soong.
