Thomas Martin “PeeWee” Giltner of Kapa’a, died on March 28, 2003, at the age of 46.
A construction worker, he was born in Honolulu on Jan. 26, 1957.
He is survived by his sons: Justin Kalaluhi, Makani Hitchcock and Kala Giltner, daughters: Cindilee Tacata, Tommee Giltner and Hoku Giltner; mother: Nancy (Richard) Caswell, father: Thomas M. Giltner, Sr.; sisters: Jan Caswell, Dina (Shayne) Becher, Rae (Scott) Enie, and Nancy Caswell, and brothers: Richard (Linda) Caswell and Rollin Caswell, and grandmother: Dorla B. Giltner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 5, at Hanalei Pier for services from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Scattering to follow.

Donald Tice
Donald Dean Tice of Lihu’e died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on March 28, 2003, at the age of 69.
A Korean War veteran, he was born on Aug. 9, 1933 in Oklahoma.
He is survived by his wife: Helen Craveira Tice, formerly from Kapa’a, brother: Marvin Rice of Arkansas, children: Sandra Glynn of Oregon, Chuck (Debbie) Tice of California, and Michael Tice of Alaska.
He is also survived by step-children: Gloria (James) Nelson of Tennessee, Mary (Bob) Simone of Florida, Pamela Duren of Washington, Aaron (Yukashi) Smith of Honolulu, Gene Smith of Honolulu and Deborah Smith of Honolulu.
There are 12 grandchildren.
Family and friends can call on Friday, April 4, at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. where memorial services will be conducted at 10 a.m.
John C. Rapozo
John C. Rapozo of Kapa’a died at his residence on March 31, 2003, at the age of 86.
Born in Kapa’a, Kaua’i, on April 21, 1916, he was an office manager for Hawaiian Tel.
Preceded in death by his wife, Mary C. Rapozo, he is survived by two daughters: Marie Waters of California; Patricia Bussard of California; two sons: Patrick (Evelyn) Rapozo of California; Russell Rapozo; one sister: Virginia Souza, 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, April 8, at St. Catherine’s Church in Kapa’a from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. where Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at St. Catherine’s Church Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested.
