We like camping on the beach but some people are putting nails in the sand at
Kekaha Beach. That makes it dangerous for us to be at the beach and play on the
sand. While having dinner one evening on the beach near Intersections, we
picked up and filled over four cans full of nails.
We think that when
people make big fires with skips, they leave the nails in and when the wood
burns the nails are left on the sand.
Why are they not careful? My mom got
hurt on her foot . She had to get stitches. Please tell everyone to be careful
on the beach and clean up their mess before they leave so other people like us
can enjoy the beach without getting hurt.
