Bank of Hawaii Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has elected Victor K. Nichols to serve on its board. Nichols, who will also become a member of the board’s Audit and Risk Committee, will serve in the newly created directorship resulting from the increase in the authorized number of directors from 14 to 15. Nichols most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of North America and President of Global Consumer Services for Experian, the leading global information services company providing data and analytical tools to clients around the world.
