• Kukui’s on Kalapaki Beach at the Kauai Marriott Resort and Beach Club: Breakfast buffet is 7 to 10 a.m. and a brunch is 11 a.m to 2 p.m. Lunch pool side and oceanfront is 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The dinner special is $40 for adults, $20 for keiki 6 to 12. The brunch menu includes smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, pesto shrimp, omelettes, chocolate-covered strawberries, truffles and fudge, braised short ribs, chicken Wellington and buttered mash potatoes. • Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu: Brunch is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu includes lobster bisque, roasted mushroom salad, yakitori chicken, macadamia nut pancakes, king crab legs, crepe station, Hawaiian-salt-crusted prime rib and smoked bacon.
