POIPU – The National Scholastic Surfing Association (NSSA) will kick off its first contest of the season at P.K’s in Poipu August 24 and 25.
The Beach House restaurant will continue its sponsorship of Kauai’s initial event, and many other companies and organizations will continue to support youth scholastic surfing for the upcoming season.. Interested surfers and body boarders can pick up entries to NSSA events at Hanalei Surf Company, Progressive Expressions in Koloa or at Nukumoi Surf Company in Poipu. The entries must be turned in no later than August 21 for the premiere event.
