Adele Flores of Hanama’ulu died on Mar. 26, 2003, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital, at the age of 53.
Born in Leyte, Philippines on Dec. 23, 1949, she was a cook helper at Taco Bell.
She is survived by her husband, Sergio Flores of Hanama’ulu; son, James Flores of Hanama’ulu; three brothers: Bobby (Vergina) Cruzada of Hanama’ulu, John (Meritas) Cruzada of Hanama’ulu, Donny (Sheri) Cruzada of Idaho; sister, Nass (Art) Baris of California; Mother and Father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Rodulfo Flores of the Philippines. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 5, at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. where mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. by Father Keahi. Burial to follow at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested.

A. Momilani Gampong-Yaris of Waimea died at Queen’s Hospital on March 28, 2003 at the age of 37.
Born in Waimea on April 2, 1965, she was a teacher with Kekaha School and Proprietor/Entertainer of Kaleo Club International.
She is survived by her husband, Doric D. Yaris of Waimea; son, DJ Kawaiola Yaris of Waimea; parents, Pedro and Elaine Gampong of Kekaha; six brothers, Clyde Shintani of Las Vegas, Nevada, Gaylord Gampong of Kekaha, Peterlane Gampong of Kekaha, Waylon Blair of Honolulu, Hoku Keamoai of Las Vegas and Brian Keamoai of Las Vegas; four sisters, Ku’uleimomi (Keoni) Martins of Kalaheo, Jolina (Jose) Felix-Keamoai of ‘Ele’ele, Joni Keamoai of Las Vegas, and Sanaida Pahulehua of Kekaha; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 5, 2003, 10 a.m. at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel. A celebration of life to follow along with services officiated by Major Orion and Captain Fred Apuna. After the service the family requests your presence for fellowship at the Hanapepe Salvation Army, 4465 Puolo Rd., next to the Hanapepe Ball Park. In lieu of wreaths or floral bouquets, the family requests a lei be brought to honor her memory.
