Jerrick James Amaki of Kaumakani, died at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital on Nov. 28, 2004 at the age of 19.
Born in Lihu‘e on Oct. 14, 1985, he was a carpenter with Petro Construction, Inc.
He is survived by parents, Donald Amaki of Kaumakani and Aurea Estacio Jones of Ligonier, Ind.; three brothers, Garrick Amaki of Kaumakani, Ricardo Estacio of Ligonier, IN and Kenrick Jones of Ligonie, IN.; sister, Abigail Jones of Ligonier, IN.; paternal grandmother, Harumi Amaki of Kaua‘i; maternal grandmother, Abigail Estacio of Kaua‘i; numerous uncles, aunts, a nephew and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family from 2-3 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 6, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel; service at 3 p.m. Followed by burial at Hanapepe Public Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested.
