Registration, sponsorship packages and contributions for this year’s Hawai‘i Hotel & Lodging Association-Kaua‘i Chapter’s golf tournament are now being accepted.
Last January, the HHLA-Kaua‘i Chapter held its first annual golf tournament to help support education programs, scholarship funds and other association-sponsored efforts.
The tournament was a big success, organizers said, enabling the HHLA-Kaua‘i Chapter to use the funds for a number of worthwhile programs.
The 2nd Annual HHLA-Kaua‘i Chapter Golf Tournament will be held Jan. 28 at the PuaKea Golf Course.
Just like last year, the tournament will continue to provide the association with the funds necessary to support the many educational and scholarship-related initiatives planned for 2007 and beyond.
Various sponsorships are available to organizations wanting to showcase themselves. Groups will also be recognized through signage, banners and public announcements during the promotional period, as well as at the actual event.
For non-golfers, a special $25 lunch donation provides an opportunity to participate in the silent auction, enjoy a feast prepared by the talented culinary teams from the association’s hotels, take in live entertainment and more.
All golf registration forms must be received no later than Thursday.
All sponsorship forms must be received by the HHLA-Kaua‘i Chapter no later than Jan. 24, and all silent auction items must be received no later than Jan. 26.
The HHLA-Kaua‘i Chapter welcomes people to be a part of what hospitality industry leaders do best: give back to the community in the spirit of aloha.
