Monica Isnec of Lihu‘e died March 19, 2007, at Straub Hospital at the age of 78.
Born May 4, 1928, in the Philippines, she was a dietary clerk for Wilcox Hospital.
She is survived by sons Emmauel Isnec of Lihu‘e and Edgar Isnec of California; daughters Eileen Villatora of Nevada, Estrellita (Bert) Saiki of ‘Ele‘ele, Emeline (Glenn) Aqui of Lawa‘i, and Evangeline (Peter) Hesapene of Lihu‘e; brother Tadeo Tabalba, and sisters Andrea Castro and Juliana Domingo; 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, March 29, at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel in Koloa, where services will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m.
Burial to follow at Lihu‘e Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
