Bob Klass was waiting on Lenore at the Kukui Grove, Saturday and said if he knew when Regency at Puakea had the lemon meringue pie, it would be a perfect place for pie and coffee.

Destry Carvalho was on the coaching staff for the Kapa‘a Protect Our Nation’s Youth (how many of you knew what PONY stood for?) Baseball league. Coach Tommy John Cox had some of the Lihu‘e coaches in the parking lot at Kapa‘a after their game was cancelled, and when you see Dondi Viquelia doing umpire duty, it’s definitely PONY Baseball season.
