HONOLULU — Residents from fire-stricken Lahaina on Tuesday delivered a petition asking Hawai‘i Gov. Josh Green to delay plans to reopen a portion of West Maui to tourism starting this weekend, saying the grieving community is not ready to welcome back visitors.
