LIHU‘E — The state Legislature’s Environmental Legislative Caucus has introduced a bill that could create more than $400 million in annual funds for environmental protections by charging visitors entrance fees for visiting certain state recreational sites.

I’ve warned everyone that the term “Climate Change” is being used to get money from everyone it can, and do nothing for the environment in return. It’s just another tax scam. Here it is in print. Even an example of charging visitors Ha’ena and Ke’e in return for a parking lot and trail maintenance. How much effect on the climate has this had? None! But it brought in $1 million! Fleece the visitors more before we fleece the locals is the new plan.
