Shah Tariq and Kyle Tokuda of the City & County of Honolulu Storm Water Branch, and Juanita Reyher-Colon of Moloka‘i, the executive director of the Hawai‘i Rural Water Association and Hawai‘i director with the American Water Works, have their opportunity to lead a class during the 17th county Department of Water Make A Splash water-education event at the Vidinha Stadium soccer fields in Lihu‘e Thursday.

Congratulations, Jonell Kaohelauli‘i and the county Department of Water for coordinating the 17th Make A Splash (it’s not annual anymore because of the two-year layoff due to the COVID-19 pandemic), where more than 750 of Kaua‘i’s fifth-grade students received water education through the interactive activity stations.
