Kapa‘a pothole repair work March 31
KAPA‘A — Pothole repair work on Olohena, Kawaihau, Ka‘apuni and Kamalu roads in Kapa‘a is scheduled today from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting, according to the county Department of Public Works.
Work may extend through April 1 if necessary.
No lane closures are expected.

There’s are by far the WORST roads anywhere. I wouldn’t have these guys fill a pothole in my drive! Several guys standing around watching, someone shoveling some soft asphalt into a wet hole, no compacter, usually lasts until the next rainfalls..people avoiding the holes, dangerously, almost head on with the coming traffic???? DPW….lowest rating work anywhere..must be good pay to lean on a shovel!
