No Kuhio Highway contraflow until new year
WAILUA — Contraflow on Kuhio Highway is canceled through Saturday, Jan. 1, according to the state Department of Transportation. Today’s cancellation is due to limited holiday staffing and is unrelated to COVID-19. Contraflow is canceled Friday and Saturday in observance of the New Year holiday.
