Kauai Sings was spectacular

Our Monday, July 6 issue of TGI, front page, bottom, scored a huge “at-a-boy/girl?” award with the “virtual choir” story of the full-screen recent presentation/showing at the Waimea Theatre:

“We are the world” choir-like presentation.

The TGI arrived very early on Monday, 6:30 a.m. to be precise. Coffee time. Ho! I immediately called Randy Leonard, who said “Ho …. Alan, you called me with this news?”

Yup. From then on I tried to access the website. Last night at dinner, I said: “Hey Susie, I wonder what would happen if I punched in: “Kauai Sings ‘We are the world’ ? On YouTube” ….. it came up big time on my iPad!!!!

And viewers: don’t hang up at what appears to be the end. There are post interviews of some of the choir folks. Please realize that all participants were recorded at their own domiciles!

I hope all of Kauai will get to view this extravaganza!!! Over and over again. Mahalo to Michael Jackson too!

Alan Faye, Princeville
