A reminder on Title IX
In May 2020, the Federal Department of Education Under Betsy Devoss, Jeff Sessions and now Bill Bar has quietly passed legislation that would roll back hard earned provisions of Title IX.
When Congress woman Patsy Mink and Senator Birch Bye co authored and presented this ammendment , it was to protect the rights of students to obtain an education without sexual harassment or discrimination and to give a voice to those who had experienced assault or harassment :
No person is the United States shall on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefit of or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. (Cornell law school institute 20 US code1681-sex)
We should vigorously oppose changes which are proposed to take effect on August 14, 2020. This historic piece of legislation and part of the civil rights act is a blatant attempt to weaken the rights of students of any gender who are seeking an education for gainful employment and becoming contributing members of society.
Please let your local,state and national legislators put an end to this devious plan that directly impacts our students at all levels of education.

Ya know, the rest of us were all smart enough to figure that one out. We also know that many people, in the fourth grade (where the syntax, vocabulary, and narrative skills match those of trump), still have to put an emphasis on spelling discipline!
Well, what can one say? Title IX had all the “correct” language, and then it was abused and jury rigged by those with other than normal or self beneficial agenda’s. The idea was good, the reality just doesn’t fit. Girls and Boys are not equal in every respect and no abomination of reality will fix that absolute God created FACT! There are even those trying to use Title IX as an excuse for allowing BOYS, who “see themselves” as girls, to compete “equally” with women in every sport ever created. Really? These once insane asylum inmates are demanding they are legally “girls” and trying to force you and I to pretend with them. If there was anything discriminatory against, and harmful, to girls and women it’s the agenda of those who want to break down every tenet our Society used to create the greatest and most benevolent Country in the history of the world. You can take Title IX and shove it up your file drawer.
Doj is not trying to allow sexual harassment at universities, but Trying prevent trans males from competing in and dominating women’s NCAA athletics. If your born a dude, compete with dudes even if you later change your plumbing. Long overdue. How fair is it to allow a women’s hard work and dreams of competing at the highest NCAA level by a trans male?
