Happy, healthy New Year

Holidays and celebrations mostly mean that we eat lots of food and spend lots of money, and of course making New Year’s plans that we want to follow. It can be a beautiful thing to sometimes allow ourselves to be free and eat more and spend more, as long as we are prepared to accept the consequences of gaining some weight and maybe having a lower budget for a few months.
