Water service shutdown slated for Hanalei area on Dec. 3
HANALEI – The Department of Water announces a water service shutdown scheduled for about 15 customers on a portion of Kuhio Highway; between Malolo Street and the Hanalei River in Hanalei. Water services will be turned off on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., weather permitting. The water service shutdown is necessary in order to allow contractor, Hawaii Pacific Trenchless, Inc. to tie-in a new water service lateral onto the existing system.
