“Indecent exposure” is an understatement. It’s like calling every dog a male and every cat female. It’s like saying that blue outfit looks so good on you. It’s ridiculous in its generality.
The public masturbator who has been at it over 20 years finally met justice July 25 and he was sentenced Tuesday. While my testimony was the only one allowed in court, there were seven other reports to KPD about the same individual doing the same thing from the edge of his carport doorway. On the 25th, there were a total of six women in court to witness his lying on the stand.
We won that day, but did we? It was found that the motivation for his behavior is that he would like women not to walk past his house. It’s a county road but he claims ownership of it.
It’s only a win if women walk.
Will I walk down Kapahi Road alone ever again? No. That’s why I’m giving this update. I will walk again in the company of women. I invite women everywhere to claim Kapahi Road. Take a walk with friends as often as you can.

yes, it is sexual assault! And apparently the KPD have turned a blind eye to his conduct for a very long time. Perhaps they think it is acceptable?
Hmmm!! Shouldn’t EVERYONE be free to walk without fear??? I think that mans behavior is probably just as disturbing to men as it was to women. And think about it. Someone that would do that is obviously unstable. And could be dangerous.

If he is on his property, then he gets charged by the police as appropriate.
