The rains didn’t stop Kollab from making its appearance at the Bully Free Concert and Youth Resource Fair Friday at Kukui Grove Center, as the ensemble provided music for all those enjoying early dinner.

The rains that dumped on Friday afternoon couldn’t stop Val Faford from Hale ‘Opio from continuing on with the Bully Free Concert and Youth Resource Fair at Kukui Grove Center (yes, Kauai Police Department was there, too) in the on-again, off-again heavy rain. Even Kollab showed up and provided entertainment for all those who took advantage of being indoors to get an early dinner.
