KILAUEA — Everyone is invited to meet the staff and tour the newest animal clinic on Kauai’s North Shore, today during the grand opening of the Kauai North Shore Animal Clinic in Kilauea.

“We are opening a veterinary clinic in Kilauea,” said Robin Bon of the facility. “In the clinic, we will see all types of small animals, from dogs and cats to birds and hamsters. We will also have a mobile clinic that will accommodate large animals, and emergency services will be available.”

Doors to the veterinary clinic opened in late August, and now that routines have settled, the public is invited to a grand opening today from 3 to 6 p.m.

“We will be hosting an open house where we invite the community to tour our new facility and meet the doctors and staff,” said Jessica Fredericks. “We’ll also have pupu and drinks for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, our vendors have provided products for giveaway during this time of celebration.”

Located at 4244 Kilauea Road, the clinic office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. The clinic is closed Sundays and Mondays.
