LIHUE — County officials announced that registration for the Mini Hoopster and Junior Hoopster Basketball Leagues will be held from Feb. 11-14 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
LIHUE — County officials announced that registration for the Mini Hoopster and Junior Hoopster Basketball Leagues will be held from Feb. 11-14 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Mini Hoopster League is open to boys and girls in kindergarten and first grade. The Junior Hoopster League is open to boys and girls in second and third grade.
The cost for each participant is $25.
Registration will take place at the Lihue and Hanapepe neighborhood centers as well as the Department of Parks and Recreation’s main office, 4444 Rice St. Suite 105.
The basketball season runs from March through May. The games dates and locations are as follows and may be subject to change:
- Isenberg Park basketball courts on March 30, April 20, and May 4
- Kalawai Park basketball courts on April 13 and April 27
