Marine Debris art contest open

LIHUE — Students in grades K-8 who illustrate how marine debris affects oceans and lakes may be featured in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association’s 2020 Marine Debris Calendar.

Entries will be accepted through Nov. 30.
