PRINCEVILLE — Duane Penner, of Winnipeg, Canada, hit a hole-in-one Saturday at the Princeville Makai Golf Club.

Penner did the feat on Makai’s seventh hole overlooking Hanalei Bay. He used a Titlist club to hit the ball 190 yards into the cup.

It was Penner’s second hole-in-one in 35 years of playing.

“I was so elated to see the ball trickle in on one of the most beautiful golf holes I have ever seen,” he said.
