HANALEI — The Church of the Pacific food pantry will be receiving a $10,000 grant from the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.
This is the result of the Kauai North Shore Lions Club service project at Hanalei School today through the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation challenge grant program. The group is cleaning up the school garden area and weather-proofing the garden storage container.
This is the eighth year the North Shore Lions have participated in the program.
