Senators delay VA confirmation hearing amid new allegations

WASHINGTON — Senate leaders have delayed indefinitely the confirmation hearing for President Donald Trump’s pick to be Veterans Affairs secretary because of what they say are “serious allegations” made against the White House doctor and Navy rear admiral.
